Staind songs aside; Wow crazy year, am I right? Crazy everything. Forgive me while I learn deviantart all over again. Hope you all are well despite everything going on in the world. I cannot even remember where I left off on this site. I'm sure most of my friends on here have long since moved on, and are replaced by the next gen. I have obviously been dead on here as well, and have contemplated also moving along. This however was my first social media, and the only one I have ever stuck with. I have a tumblr of sorts still, but have also let that die. So I'm not sure if I'm ready to bounce off dA just yet or not. We'll see how cumbersome the new system is haha But I do have a lot of nostalgia for this site, and it's really my only creative outlet, so I'd like to give it a go. I have been very wrapped in life and my job, and have very little in the ways of personal time. What time I do get, I really do not wish to spend online. So sorry to everyone that still watched me

I'm not sure if there is not much of a following for children's books to my watchers, but my best friend recently finished, and had her first children's picture book, published.  Illustrated in beautiful watercolors to the classic tale of the Selfish Giant by Oscar Wilde, this book really is a work of art, with a very picturesque and whimsical world re-telling of the classic story. I have a copy of my own, and it is worth every penny.  Large crisp glossy pages with easy to read text, and the cover is beautifully foiled.  It's absolutely gorgeous, and I'm not saying that out of bias.  I would have loved this book as a child, with its imaginat

Hello all! It has been quite some time, especially since my last journal.(Where does time go, really?) I hope everyone has been well!  I want to thank everybody that has watched and continues following me (though I am so dreadfully boring anymore-something I really would like to change), as well as many thanks to all my new watchers/favorites.  I certainly miss being part of an art community, and while dA is not the community it was when I started, I'd still like to stick around.
